The sport has been played at St Andrews for well over half a millennium and the Old Course will present a spectacular and unique test for the world’s best players competing to become Champion Golfer of the Year.
In the course of its 29 Opens, St Andrews has a habit of producing winners who are the best of their generation. The likes of Jack Nicklaus, Seve Ballesteros, Nick Faldo and Tiger Woods have all walked across The Swilcan Bridge on their way to claiming The Claret Jug at The Home of Golf.
2021 will see The 150th Open once again played on the historic links of The Old Course, St Andrews.
